Before Subscriber’s transaction can be completed, Subscriber must read and agree to these terms and conditions. By applying for access and/or services from this website, Subscriber is agreeing to these terms and conditions and is legally bound by them. This agreement is subject to change at any time. Preamble
Subscriber data is for internal use only and will be treated confidentially. All transactions are SSL encrypted. Subscriber's credit card will be billed immediately after purchase. After purchase, Subscriber will receive an email with all payment details. All orders are processed immediately. - Domingoview.com, Charmmodels.net, etc.: Refers to all affiliated billing companies used by the operator.

- Subscriber: The user of the site and its services with valid login credentials.
- Access Rights: Combination of username/password granting temporary access to the site.
- Bookmarking: Saving the URL to return without logging in again.

Domingoview.com, Charmmodels.net, etc., provide one access right to access the site and its materials.
Billing
Charges may appear under Epoch.com, CCBill.com, or other providers depending on Subscriber's location. Statements will reflect individual purchases clearly.
Payment / Fees
Subscriptions may involve recurring fees. Subscribers are responsible for these as per the agreed terms.
Automatic Recurring Billing
Unless cancelled, memberships may auto-renew for a similar period and amount. Subscriber authorizes recurring charges and additional purchases from the site.
Electronic Receipt
Subscribers receive an email receipt. Requests for historical billing must be made within 365 days.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by either party. Refunds may be granted at the discretion of the site. Refunds, if issued, will only be credited to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
All chargebacks are investigated. Fraud may result in contact with the payment issuer.
Authorization of Use
